Hanjuku Joshi volume 2 pushed back
Morishima announced on her blog today that the release of volume 2 has been pushed back to July 18 (it was originally scheduled for this spring).

By the way, March 20 is Morishima's birthday. I hope everyone wished her a happy birthday!

Edit: The company has now pushed the release back again--it will be coming out on August 18 along with her second collection of Yuri Hime stories.

There are two volumes? I thought it was a one-shot book?

No, both Hanjuku Joshi and Gokujou Drops are ongoing. The individual chapters are distributed through cell phones, though, so I haven't kept up with how many chapters are out.

After having read the first volume, I guess I'm in no hurry for the second. It wasn't at all bad persay, it... was just extremely typical.

I didn't like it as much as her other Yuri Hime works, but it was still a fun read. Maybe it helped that my expectations for the Wildrose line are so low. lol

I think I liked Hanjuku Joshi more than most of the Wildrose oneshots. There was actual characterization and time for a story to develop, rather than simply offering only enough for a tease. I wouldn't say i dislike Wildrose as a whole though because putting that aside the art is still fairly good.
