Crunchy Roll does official subtitles--it's a legitimate streaming site now, it no longer hosts pirated videos. Nobody's announced a license for Aoi Hana yet, but I am keeping an eye on this.
I'm sure some fansubbers will do it anyway, for whatever reasons they always sub licensed stuff.
